Experienced Immigration Attorney

We have a dedicated and enthusiastic team to support the work that we do. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to work on family and employment-based immigration cases.
Our preferred candidate shall have at least four to six years of experience as an Immigration attorney.
Candidates shall also have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills are required. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Must be deadline and detail oriented.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone that is a team-payer, flexible, with an eagerness to learn and a sense of humor.
Job Duties include:
- Under supervision of Partners, oversee and manage family-based and employment-based immigration cases.
- Prepare and file family-based visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status and consular processing of immigrant visas.
- Prepare and file waivers for all grounds of inadmissibility including unlawful presence, criminal and fraud-based grounds.
- Prepare complex naturalization applications.
- Prepare and file non-immigrant visa petitions (E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, P, Q, R and TN) and port of entry packages.
- Prepare and file Temporary Labor Certification (H-2B) applications with Department of Labor (DOL).
- Prepare and file PERM Labor Certification (EB-2, EB-3) applications with DOL.
- Prepare and file employment based permanent residency applications (EB-1, NIW, EB-2, EB-3 and Special Immigrant I-140 petitions).
- Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with U.S. State Department.
- Prepare and file responses to DOL Audits and USCIS requests for evidence.
- Manage client communication; attend client meetings; conduct employment-based consultation meetings with Employers and Employees.

Salary Range: $80k - $100k (depending on education/experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 4-6 years’ employment-based immigration experience (required)
- Education: Juris Doctor Degree from accredited law school
- Additional Requirements: Admission to Colorado or other State Bar

Our preferred candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney is preferred.
Candidates should also have:

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task; as well as be deadline and detail oriented

Job duties include:
- Oversee and manage family-based immigration and removal defense cases under supervision of Partners
- Prepare and file family based permanent residency applications (Immediate Relative, Preference Relative, VAWA/Widower based I-130 and I-360 petitions)
- Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with U.S. State Department
- Prepare and file responses to USCIS requests for evidence
- Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings before EOIR on applications for asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and waiver cases
- Manage client communication; attend client meetings; conduct employment-based consultation meetings with Employers and Employees
