Experience (1- 2 years) as an Immigration Attorney is preferred. Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills are required. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task as well as be deadline and detail oriented. Job Duties include:

* Oversee and manage family-based immigration and removal defense cases under supervision of Partners
* Prepare and file family based permanent residency applications (Immediate Relative, Preference Relative, VAWA/Widower based I-130 and I-360 petitions)
* Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with U.S. State Department
* Prepare and file responses to USCIS requests for evidence
* Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings before EOIR on applications for asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and waiver cases
* Manage client communication; attend client meetings; conduct employment-based consultation meetings with Employers and Employees

We are seeking candidates that have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as candidates with strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills. Job Duties include:
