Rodrigo Lozano

Rodrigo Lozano is a native of Mexico and a 2003 graduate of the Universidad Anahuac del Sur, International Relations School, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and participated in a student exchange program in Bremen, Germany.
From 2006 to 2010, Rodrigo worked for the Consulate General of Mexico in Denver, as the head of the Legal Affairs Department where he was in charge of enforcing all the proceedings to safeguard the rights and interests of the Mexican Nationals living in the State of Colorado and Wyoming, regarding their immigration, criminal, civil, labor, civil rights issues within the limits of international law. He also had the opportunity to develop strong ties and enrich relations through cooperation between the Mexican Government and Local, State and Federal authorities, including the United States Citizen and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, the Colorado Attorney General Office, Colorado Bureau of Investigations, Wage and Hour Division, OSHA, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Denver Health, Spanish Speaking Media, among others. While working at this position he developed great interest in immigration law. He advocated on behalf of many Mexican nationals during the highly publicized Immigration Swift raid.
Since 2010, Rodrigo has worked in the immigration field acquiring experience in removal proceedings and family based cases. Rodrigo also worked for two major International Companies where he faced great challenges and developed skills to work in an international business environment. He is passionate about immigration law and helping people in regularizing their immigration situation. Rodrigo is bilingual in English and Spanish.
