Exciting Firm News! Senior Attorney Andrea Sweeney is Relocating to Montana while continuing her immigration practice at Kolko and Casey, P.C.

Our dedicated Senior Associate Attorney, Andrea Sweeney, and her family are making a big move from Colorado to the beautiful state of Montana. Andrea has been with Kolko and Casey for nearly seven years and has been an invaluable member of our firm from the start. She began at Kolko and Casey with an early focus on family-based immigration, asylum and removal defense, and lately has been expanding into more employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant cases. While she and her family are relocating themselves to Montana, she will remain an essential member of our team as a Senior Associate Attorney, representing clients in both family and employment related case. We look forward to the new opportunities this relocation will bring as well as the new community we will be able to support.

Andrea was born in Missoula and raised in Helena, Montana and is excited to return to her home state to raise her family while continuing her work as an immigration attorney. This move allows her and Kolko & Casey the opportunity to expand our practice and continue to provide exceptional legal services to clients in Montana, Colorado, and throughout the United States.

Andrea will continue to serve clients remotely and in-person in Montana. Our clients will still receive the same level of dedication and expertise you’ve come to expect from Kolko & Casey, P.C. Our support staff and our team of experienced attorneys will remain based in Colorado and are ready to help.

With the relocation of Senior Associate Andrea Sweeney, we will be able to assist even more clients across the region while still based primarily in the Metro Denver area.

If you or anyone you know needs immigration assistance, please reach out to Ms. Sweeney or any of our experienced attorneys by clicking on the consultation form on our website or by calling us directly at (303)371-1822.
